Location: London, EC3V

Rolling shift pattern: 4 shifts on followed 4 days off, rotating between 07:00am – 19:00 (day shifts) and 19:00 – 07:00am (night shifts)

The Role – Post Room Security Officer

The Post Room / Logistics Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of postal and courier services, goods movement, and internal logistics within a multi-tenant corporate building. The role ensures all incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries are processed securely, efficiently, and in line with building procedures.

Key responsibilities include managing loading bay access for vehicles, contractors, visitors, and courier personnel; processing inbound and outbound deliveries; managing courier consignments; franking outbound mail; maintaining tracking records and reports; responding to email enquiries; supporting delivery investigations; and distributing items throughout the building, including large and heavy goods.

The role also contributes to the smooth operation of building logistics and may provide support at the Security Checkpoint, ensuring contractors and visitors are authorised and granted access in accordance with site security, safety, and building procedures.

• You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to evidence this
• You must hold an SIA licence or be willing to undertake the necessary training as well as a First Aid Certification
• Previous experience in a post room, logistics, facilities, or similar support role
