About The Role
Days and hours: Wednesday 09:00 - 11:00am.
Hourly rate: £13.45.
Location: Pickering, North Yorkshire, YO18 7JL.
We are looking for a Cleaner at our client’s premises who is enthusiastic, takes pride in their work, has great attention to detail, and is local to the area.
Responsibilities
- Dedicate time on site to meeting the needs of our clients.
- Inducted at the start of the contract and receive training within the first week on cleaning specification and equipment usage.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials; receive full training.
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
Candidate Requirements
- Local to the area.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work.
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic spoken English for safety and communication with public and management.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
