What you’ll be doing:
- As part of the Atlas Family, you’ll dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients
- Providing a high standard of customer care through your focus across shift hours
- Conduct thorough inspections of client premises to identify pest issues
- Implement effective pest control measures, including the humane removal of birds and their nests
- Work at elevated heights to address bird‑related pest problems, utilizing appropriate safety equipment and protocols
- Collaborate with clients to provide education on pest prevention and recommend necessary measures
- Develop relationships with existing clients, identify business‑building opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction and reputation
- Attend regular review meetings
- Administration and record‑keeping
- Servicing and technical knowledge as service work is required for both pest and bird work
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times; Atlas will provide training to prepare you
About You:
- An attitude to thrive
- Comfortable working at heights and addressing bird‑related pest issues
- Ability to use safety equipment and follow established safety protocols
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role
- Proficient spoken/written English for safety and communication with clients and management
- RSPH/BPCA Level 2 Certificate in Pest Control
- Proven field‑based track record within the pest & bird control industry
- Knowledge on products and services within the pest industry
- Strong communication abilities – especially the ability to present complex solutions to varied, non‑expert audiences and excellent planning and organisational skills
- Good IT competence including email and CRM systems
- A full, valid UK driving licence
