Responsibilities:
- Assist Atlas Family by meeting client needs on-site.
- Undergo induction and training within first week; learn cleaning specifications and equipment use.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across all shift hours.
- Operate site-based equipment and cleaning materials.
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards; be fully prepared for safety protocols.
- Collaborate within a team that goes the extra mile.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Local to the area.
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic spoken English for safety communication.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to interview).
- Cleanliness experience preferred, but training will be provided to those with a positive approach.
