We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Systems Trainer to join our Learning & Development function and play a key role in strengthening systems capability across Atlas. This role is suited to someone who is confident taking ownership of systems training end‑to‑end and is motivated by improving consistency, confidence and adoption across the business. You’ll be responsible for designing, delivering and maintaining high‑quality training that enables our front‑line managers and operational teams to use core business systems effectively and in line with Atlas processes.
Working closely with operational teams, HR and IT, you’ll deliver engaging training sessions (in‑person, virtual and one‑to‑one), translate system and business requirements into clear learning solutions, and ensure training remains current as systems evolve. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong facilitation skills, credibility with stakeholders, and the confidence to work independently while owning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality classroom, virtual and one‑to‑one training on Atlas’ core business systems
- Tailor training approaches to suit different audiences, roles and levels of system capability
- Apply adult learning principles and best practice to ensure training is engaging, accessible and effective
- Design, maintain and continuously improve practical training materials and digital learning content
- Ensure all training remains accurate, up to date and aligned with system changes and business processes
- Partner with managers, HR, IT and operational teams to identify capability gaps and training needs
- Translate business and system requirements into clear, user‑focused training solutions
- Build and maintain strong system expertise to guide users, resolve common issues and promote best practice
- Act as a key point of contact for systems training queries and advice
- Maintain accurate training records and report on delivery, compliance and outcomes
About You
You’re an experienced systems or process trainer who enjoys helping others build confidence and capability. You’re comfortable taking ownership of your work, working at pace, and engaging with stakeholders across different parts of the business. You communicate clearly, adapt your style to different learners, and understand how adults learn best. You’re confident using digital systems, quick to learn new tools, and able to turn complex processes into clear, practical guidance for front‑line teams. You’re organised, proactive and solutions‑focused, with a genuine interest in improving how systems are used day‑to‑day. If you enjoy working collaboratively while still having autonomy and accountability, you’ll thrive in this role.
