About The Role
Mobile Cleaner – Sedgemoor & Hinkley Campuses
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours Per Week: 40 (Flexible shifts between 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00)
Location: Mobile across Sedgemoor and Hinkley campuses
Driving Licence Required: Yes
About the Role
Atlas FM are looking for a reliable and flexible Mobile Cleaner to join our team, working across Sedgemoor and Hinkley campuses to provide cleaning cover during periods of absence, including sickness and annual leave. This is a multi-role position where you\’ll be trained to support across public areas, accommodation blocks, and assist the linen porter team.
Your working hours will include early mornings and late afternoons, and may be subject to last-minute changes, so flexibility is essential. A full UK driving licence is required to travel between campuses, and a DBS check will be completed upon offer.
Key duties include:

Cleaning guest bedrooms and communal/public areas to audit standard

Supporting linen porters, including laundry prep for collection

Replenishing supplies and assisting with deep cleans

Communicating effectively with colleagues and other departments

Working collaboratively to meet team goals and service expectations
We’ll provide a full induction, on-the-job training, and all necessary equipment. You’ll also have the support of a Contracts Manager and Team Leaders, and access to our staff wellbeing and benefits platform, Wagestream.
