What you’ll be doing
- Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
- Undergo induction at the start of your contract and receive training within your first week of work on how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty litter bins into the appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health & Safety standards at all times; Atlas will provide full health & safety preparation.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
About You
- Excited about making a difference.
- Have a positive and friendly attitude.
- Local to the area.
- All you need is an attitude to thrive and some cleaning experience (though we can fully train you from scratch if your approach is positive and thoughtful).
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic spoken English for safety communication.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- A right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
