We’re looking for a Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites within the London region. Reporting into senior management, you’ll act as the key link between site-based teams, clients, and the business, ensuring high standards of service delivery and contractual compliance. This role combines operational leadership with strategic influence. You’ll manage budgets, support performance improvement, develop your management team, and build strong client partnerships that safeguard and grow contracts. From mobilising new sites to driving continuous improvement, you’ll ensure Atlas continues to deliver outstanding service every day.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop a team of Contract and Area Managers to deliver high-performing cleaning operations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as an escalation point where required.
- Ensure contracts are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with company and client expectations.
- Manage regional budgets and resources to achieve commercial and profitability targets.
- Monitor performance through audits, KPIs, and reporting, driving continuous improvement.
- Support the recruitment, training, development, and retention of colleagues across the region.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, environmental, and legal requirements.
- Drive client satisfaction through regular reviews, meetings, and proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with central support teams to deliver operational excellence and best practice.
- Lead the successful mobilisation of new contracts and support contract growth opportunities.

We’re seeking a confident, commercially aware leader with a proven track record in multi-site management. You’ll thrive in a high-pressure, service-led environment and be equally comfortable managing client expectations, motivating teams, and making financial decisions.
You’ll need to demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar role, managerial experience within the cleaning sector is essential.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of contract managers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.
- Experience in developing and implementing operational plans.
- Knowledge of health and safety and other legal requirements.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a busy working environment and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
