About The Role
As Regional Director, you’ll be accountable for the strategic leadership, commercial performance, and long-term sustainability of Atlas’ cleaning portfolio within your region. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead and develop a team of Regional Managers, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and profitable service delivery across a diverse portfolio of contracts. You’ll act as the senior operational voice for cleaning in your region, balancing commercial discipline with a strong people-first approach.
