As our QHSE Coordinator, you will play a vital role in strengthening Atlas' safety-first culture and ensuring compliance across our London portfolio. This mobile position is hands-on, fast-paced, and central to protecting our people, our clients, and our reputation. You will carry out Right to Work checks across multiple sites, complete Brilliant Basics audits, support ISO compliance (9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001), and uphold our QHSE policies across the Group.

You will work closely with the Head of QHSE, QHSE Managers, and operational leaders, providing training, guidance, and proactive support to drive continuous improvement. Your role will include completing investigations, risk assessments, COSHH assessments, and environmental documentation, as well as leading sustainability initiatives that reflect our commitment to long-term, responsible growth.

This is a highly mobile role, requiring extensive travel across London (and occasionally nationally), including early mornings and night-time checks to support our 24/7 operation. You will respond to escalations during peak operational windows, work independently when required, and build strong relationships across the organisation. With access to tools such as SmartTask, Smartsheet, and Culverdocs, you'll help ensure every site operates safely, compliantly, and in line with The Atlas Way.

You are someone who naturally owns your space, proactive, organised, and committed to doing the right thing every time. You bring strong attention to detail and thrive in environments where accuracy and compliance really matter. You're confident working in fast-moving operational settings, comfortable liaising with Managing Directors, Account Managers, and frontline teams, and able to build trusted relationships at all levels.

You are a problem solver with a positive, forward-thinking approach, always looking for better ways of working. You are calm under pressure, adaptable to last-minute changes, and motivated by supporting others to stay safe and compliant. A strong communicator with excellent IT skills, you can confidently navigate multiple systems and manage a demanding schedule that includes extensive travel.

You will already hold a NEBOSH General Certificate and have experience in a similar QHSE role, ideally within multi-site or operational environments. You understand ISO standards, can deliver audits to a high standard, and are passionate about promoting a strong safety culture. Above all, you collaborate with kindness, act with honesty, and bring a "Start with Wow" mindset to every task—supporting Atlas in delivering exceptional service to our people and clients.
