About The Role

Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing mobile engineering team covering sites across Essex and London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking to join a supportive and expanding business where high performance is recognised and rewarded.

You'll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across a varied commercial property portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning systems.
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and contractual service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide customers with timely updates and deliver a high standard of customer service.
  • Offer technical support and guidance to clients and colleagues where required.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety standards and Atlas procedures.
  • Produce material and labour estimates for minor works and repair quotations.
  • Work closely with schedulers, account coordinators, management teams, and subcontractors to ensure effective service delivery.

About You

  • Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required
  • NVQ level 2 in given trade
  • Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer
  • City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Regulations (Cat1)

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role

  • Good understanding of modern office software.
  • Experience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM systems on Android tablets.
  • 3 years previous experience within similar environment and in particular across area multi sites and multi discipline service delivery
  • 2 years’ experience in customer facing outsourcing environment.
  • Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance
