About The Role
Hours: Monday & Friday 17:15 - 19:30, Tuesday & Thursday 17:15 - 20:00, Wednesday 17:15 - 19:45.
Hourly Rate: £13.00.
Location: Falmouth, Cornwall, TR11 4TA.
We are recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to support our award‑winning team and deliver exceptional cleaning services at our client’s premises.
What you’ll be doing
- Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and meeting the needs of our clients.
- Inducted at the start of your contract and trained in the first week to deliver the cleaning specification and understand the role as a cleaning supervisor.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training will be provided).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
About You
- Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience.
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English for safety and communication.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK.
