At Atlas Security, we don’t just deliver security services, we create trust, build relationships, and make sure people go home safe and happy every day. We’re looking for an experienced and values-driven Regional Director – Security Operations to lead our operations across Christchurch, Bournemouth, and the wider region. This is a senior leadership role with real influence, accountability, and the opportunity to shape the future of a growing, employee‑owned security business.

You’ll have overall responsibility for the performance of our manned guarding, key holding, mobile response, and control room operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong compliance, and sustainable commercial performance. As the senior regional lead, you’ll act as a key escalation point for clients and teams, setting clear standards, developing your people, and building a culture where ownership, integrity, and pride in our work are non‑negotiable.

A key focus of the role will be reducing agency reliance, strengthening workforce planning, and identifying opportunities to grow and enhance our service through long‑term client partnerships. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys being visible, building relationships, and making things happen - not just talking about them.

You’re a confident, credible leader with a strong background in security operations, ideally across manned guarding, key holding, or control room environments. You’re commercially aware, people‑focused, and calm under pressure.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior security management or regional leadership role
  • A track record of leading multi‑site teams and driving consistent operational standards
  • Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and retain high‑performing teams
  • Excellent client‑facing and communication skills, with the confidence to manage escalations and build trusted partnerships
  • Commercial understanding, including budget management, labour planning, and cost control
  • In‑depth knowledge of SIA requirements, BS standards, health & safety legislation, and industry best practice
  • The ability to make sound decisions with integrity, accountability, and professionalism
  • A full UK driving licence and valid SIA licence(s) (or the ability to obtain them)

Most importantly, you’ll genuinely align with our values. You’ll take ownership, do the right thing even when it’s hard, and lead with honesty, kindness, and energy. If you’re looking for a senior role where you can make a real impact, lead people who care, and be part of a business that truly lives its values, we’d love to hear from you.
