About The Role
Hours: Monday - Friday 19:00‑21:00 pm
Hourly Rate: £12.60
Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO509NW
Atlas FM is recruiting a Cleaner to work on our client’s premises. We value people who take pride in their work, have great attention to detail, and enjoy making a difference in their environment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Dedicate your time on site to exceed client expectations.
- Undergo induction and receive training within your first week.
- Deliver cleaning services according to the specification, using the equipment provided.
- Provide high‑standard customer care throughout the shift.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials.
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
- Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards and understand safety requirements.
- Collaborate with a team that goes the extra mile.
About You
- A positive, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
- Local to the area.
- An attitude to thrive and a willingness to be trained from scratch if necessary.
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English to communicate on safety, and with the public and management.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK (bring evidence to the interview).
