About The Role
The days and hours: This is a zero‑hours Cleaning role, designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed, and shifts will be offered based on business needs. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to support with ad hoc cover when available. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered.
Hourly Rate – £13.00
Location: Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1BE
What you’ll be doing:
- Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
- Be inducted at the start of your contract and receive training within your first week to learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training will be provided).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
Qualifications and experience:
- Excitement about making a difference and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Local to the area.
- Attitude to thrive; prior cleaning experience is welcome but not required, as training will be provided.
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English for safety and communication.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
