About The Role
As a Shared Services Advisor, you will play a vital role within our Shared Services Team, delivering a professional, efficient and customer-focused HR administration service across the employee lifecycle.
Working as part of a busy Shared Services function, you will support colleagues, managers and candidates by providing first-line advice, managing HR queries, maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
You will be responsible for a wide range of activities including onboarding, right to work verification, employment contracts, security vetting, employee changes, payroll administration, offboarding and HR systems management.
You will also support audits, reporting requirements and continuous improvement initiatives that help enhance the employee experience and drive operational efficiency.
This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
You will work closely with managers and stakeholders across the business, helping to ensure our people processes are delivered consistently, compliantly and in line with Atlas values.

About You
You are an organised, proactive and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high-quality service.
You have experience in a high-volume administrative or HR Shared Services environment and understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality and compliance when handling employee information.
You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to build positive relationships and provide clear, professional advice to colleagues at all levels.
You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, solving problems independently and escalating concerns where appropriate.
Ideally, you will have a good understanding of UK employment legislation, GDPR requirements and HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
You will be confident using systems and data to support decision-making and maintain accurate records, whilst always seeking opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
Most importantly, you will share Atlas' values of honesty, kindness and accountability.
You will be someone who genuinely cares about people, acts with integrity and is willing to go the extra mile to create positive experiences for employees, managers and candidates alike.
A CIPD qualification, or the ambition to work towards one, would be welcomed.
