About The Role
Atlas FM is looking to recruit a mobile cleaner with a strong contract cleaning background. The role is based around the Bucks, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Essex and surrounding areas.
Pay
Standard hourly rate: £13.24
Enhanced rate: up to £14.64 per hour (dependent upon the type of cover and duties required)
Hours
This position will require you to work 5 out of 7 days per week (Monday to Sunday), 40 hours per week. You will be required to work a combination of early mornings, late evenings, weekends and nights, so the successful candidate must be very flexible.

Responsibilities
- Dedicate your time on different sites to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of client sites.
- Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within the first week.
- Learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
- Receive a company van, fuel card and mobile phone.
- Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health & Safety standards at all times.
- Work within a supportive team that goes the extra mile.
Qualifications
- Attitude to thrive, with or without prior cleaning experience (full training provided if needed).
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English for safety communication.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A right to work in the UK (evidence must be brought to interview).
- Successful completion of an Enhanced DBS check.
- Will be subject to a driving licence check before deployment.
