As a Marketing Executive, you’ll support the delivery of Atlas’s Marketing and Communications plan across the Group, helping turn strategy into organised, high-quality marketing activity that supports business growth and strengthens our brand presence. This role is all about bringing pace, consistency and structure to how marketing work is planned, produced and delivered.

You’ll support campaigns, content creation, digital channels and reporting, ensuring activity is well coordinated, on time and aligned to business priorities. Working across multiple brands and sectors within the Atlas Group, you’ll help coordinate campaigns, manage content calendars, support LinkedIn, website and email activity, and maintain visibility of work through clear planning and workflow management. You’ll also help track engagement and campaign performance, supporting the team with reporting and insight to continuously improve results.

As Atlas continues to grow, this role plays an important part in helping Marketing operate with clarity, discipline and momentum. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility, involved in meaningful campaigns and have the opportunity to see your work make a visible impact across the business. Most importantly, you’ll help tell the Atlas story with confidence and authenticity, supporting the people who deliver our services every day and helping us create happiness in ourselves and others.

You’re organised, proactive and take pride in producing work that is thoughtful, accurate and well executed. You enjoy managing multiple priorities, keeping work moving and bringing structure to busy environments. You’re confident communicating professionally and writing clear content across digital platforms such as LinkedIn, websites and email campaigns. You’re comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools and open to learning new systems such as HubSpot and Planner. You understand the importance of process, attention to detail and maintaining high standards. You’re comfortable coordinating tasks, following sign-off processes and supporting campaigns from planning through to delivery.
