From maintaining vehicle records and processing penalty notices to liaising with insurers, handling claims, and supporting the rollout of fleet policies, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our operations moving. Ideally, you will bring:

  • At least 2 years’ administrative experience (ideally in a regulated environment)
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of fleet card management, PCN administration, and telematics systems
  • The ability to communicate clearly, build relationships, and manage confidential information with integrity
  • Experience with large fleets, commercial vehicle specifications, or transport legislation would be an advantage, but not essential.

Most importantly, you’ll share our Atlas values: honesty, ownership, teamwork, and the drive to deliver Wow every day.
