What you’ll be doing:

  • Going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients on site.
  • Being inducted at the start of your contract and undergoing training within your first week to learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use equipment.
  • Providing a high standard of customer care through your focus across different shift hours.
  • Handling site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (you will receive full training).
  • Replenishing consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
  • Emptying litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
  • Ensuring cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintaining Health and Safety standards.
  • Working within a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

  • An attitude to thrive, and cleaning experience (although we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
  • A basic level of spoken English to communicate on safety and with members of the public and the management team at our client’s site.
  • Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
  • A right to work in the UK (please bring your evidence to the interview).
  • Excited about making a difference.
