About The Role
Atlas FM are looking to recruit a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor who has a strong contract cleaning background – the role is based around the Dartford area and is part of our Social Housing Division. The contract covers communal cleaning, litter picking, window cleaning, deep cleans and waste removal therefore experience in these areas is desirable.
What we are paying £14.50 per hour
Working hours This position will require you to work Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30 (30 minute unpaid break) and therefore, the successful candidate must be very flexible depending on the needs of the business.

What you’ll be doing
- As part of the Atlas Family, you’ll dedicate your time on different sites to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ client sites.
- We will provide you with a company van, fuel card and mobile phone.
- Carry out weekly cleans, deep cleans, and respond to reactive cleaning requests across the portfolio.
- Ensure all cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Meet with Atlas staff on site to ensure they are fully supported, equipped and working to specification.
- Inspect cleaning standards and carry out regular cleaning audits.
- Provide cover for holidays and sickness when required.
- Train new cleaning operatives and deliver regular toolbox talks.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
- Support Regional and Area Managers as required.
- Maintain health & safety standards at all times, ensuring safe working practices are followed.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
Atlas will fully prepare you for the role, ensuring you start with a clear understanding of health & safety expectations and what to look out for on site.
About You
All you need is:
- An attitude to thrive, and cleaning supervision experience (although we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- We require all employees to have a basic level of spoken English for safety communication and confidence in speaking with members of the public.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Experience in cleaning supervision or a similar operational support role.
- A flexible approach to working hours and willingness to travel across sites.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview) and this applies to all UK and Non‑UK nationals.
- Any offer of employment will be conditional upon the successful completion of a Basic DBS check.
- Due to the nature of the position, the successful candidate will be subject to a driving licence check before deployment.
