About The Role
Days and hours: Monday – Friday 17:00 – 20:00 (37 weeks per year)
Hourly Rate: £14.45
Location: Westminster, London, SW1H 9LH
Although the role is for less than 52 weeks per year, your pay will be spread out evenly so you receive a payment every month.

What you’ll be doing:
- Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’s clients.
- Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within your first week of work to deliver the cleaning specification and understand what Atlas requires of a cleaning supervisor at our client’s site.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times; Atlas will fully prepare you with a full understanding of what to look out for.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
About You:

- Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience.
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English for safety communication and interaction with the public and management.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK; bring evidence to the interview.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Two satisfactory references required.
