The days and hours: Monday – Friday 15:30 – 20:30 (43 weeks per year)
Hourly Rate: £14.45
Location: Churchdown, Gloucester, GL3 2PL

What you’ll be doing
- Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
- Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within your first week: learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and understand what Atlas requires of you as a cleaning supervisor.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (you will receive full training).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times; Atlas will equip you with the knowledge to do so.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
About You
- Excited about making a difference.
- Have a positive and friendly attitude.
- Are local to the area.
- Have cleaning experience.
- Have the ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Have a basic level of spoken English for safety communication and interaction with the public and management.
- Have good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Have a right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
- Have an enhanced DBS check.
- Provide two satisfactory references as part of the recruitment process.
