What you’ll be doing
- Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
- Receive induction at the start of your contract and training within your first week to learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training is provided).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
About You & Requirements
- Excited about making a difference.
- Have a positive and friendly attitude.
- Are local to the area.
- Have a positive and thoughtful approach (cleaning experience is a plus but we can fully train you from scratch).
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English for safety and communication with public and management.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- A right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
- Enhanced DBS required.
