Experienced cleaning supervisor needed. Covering Gainsborough, Caenby, Market Rasen and Caistor areas.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Covering annual leave and sickness
- Deep cleans
- First point of contact for staff and training
- Ensuring all sites have the correct stock
This role is Monday - Friday 8 hours per day with a half hour unpaid break. Weekends may need covering, but this is paid extra. The hourly rate is £13.45. This position requires flexibility with early mornings, late evenings, and nights.
Responsibilities
- As part of the Atlas Family, dedicate time on different sites to meet client needs.
- Inducted at contract start and trained within first week.
- Learn and deliver the cleaning specification and use equipment.
- Use company van, fuel card, and mobile phone.
- Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials.
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning completed to highest standards.
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
Requirements
- Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (can be trained).
- Ability to carry out physical aspects of the role.
- Basic spoken English for safety and public communication.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK (provide evidence).
- Willingness to undergo DBS check at required level.
- Subject to driving licence check before deployment.
