About The Role
Atlas Workplace Services is looking for a skilled and proactive System Support Lead to support and optimise a client’s Planon CAFM system while playing a key role in developing and delivering API integrations. Drive System Performance & Innovation
As System Support Lead, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day configuration, support, and enhancement of Planon environments, ensuring systems are robust, efficient, and aligned with operational needs. You’ll also support the design and rollout of API integrations, enabling better connectivity, smarter data usage, and improved business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- System Management & Support
- Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of the Planon system
- Manage workflows, modules, and data structures to meet business requirements
- Provide hands‑on support to users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Assist with system updates, releases, and ongoing improvements
- Integration & Development
- Support the design, development, and rollout of API integrations
- Work with stakeholders to enable seamless system connectivity and data exchange
- Assist with testing, validation, and troubleshooting of integrations
- Analysis & Improvement
- Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions
- Identify and resolve technical and process issues proactively
- Support reporting and data analysis to enhance system performance
- Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Document system configurations, processes, and integration specifications
- Support project delivery and system implementation activities
About You
Qualifications
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience working with Planon (configuration or development)
- Experience designing and developing APIs
- Knowledge of Python scripting and development
- Understanding of Oracle SQL (desirable)
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, IBM Cognos, or similar
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Proven experience supporting systems in a CAFM or business system environment
- Ability to manage projects and stakeholders effectively
