About The Role

  • Days and hours: Monday - Friday 15:30-17:30 (41 weeks per year, 39 term time and 2 weeks deep cleaning)
  • Hourly rate: £12.71
  • Location: Brent Knoll, TA9 4EQ
  • Although this role is for less than 52 weeks per year, your pay will be spread out evenly so you receive a payment every month.

Responsibilities

  • Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and meeting the needs of Atlas’s clients.
  • Inducted and trained within the first week; learn cleaning specifications and equipment use.
  • Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
  • Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials with full training.
  • Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
  • Empty litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards all the time.
  • Maintain health and safety standards at all times with full training.
  • Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

  • An attitude to thrive and cleaning experience – fully trainable if you match our positive approach.
  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
  • Basic spoken English for safety communication and interacting with the public and management.
  • Social skills to deliver service with a smile.
  • Right to work in the UK (UK and non‑UK nationals).
  • Must hold an Enhanced DBS check.
  • Two satisfactory references required.
