About The Role

Atlas is looking for new team members to work in David Lloyd Leisure. This is a zero‑hours cleaning role designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed, and shifts will be offered based on business needs. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to support with ad hoc cover when available. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered.

Responsibilities

  • Dedicate your time onsite to going the extra mile and working seamlessly with David Lloyd Leisure managers.
  • Undergo induction at the start of your contract and receive training within your first week of work to learn the cleaning specification, equipment usage and communication between shift handovers.
  • Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
  • Clean all gym areas such as changing rooms, toilets and shower areas, stairs, landings, corridors, receptions, and all furniture and fittings.
  • Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
  • Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
  • Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times and be fully prepared with a clear understanding of what to look out for.
  • Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

  • Good social skills to fit in with the David Lloyd Leisure community and enhance their customers’ experience.
