About The Role

The days and hours: Monday - Friday 17:30 - 21:30 (35 weeks per year / 34 weeks term time / 1 week deep cleaning)

Hourly Rate – £14.50

Pay will be spread out evenly so you receive a payment every month.

We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor at our client’s premises. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
  • Induction at the start of your contract and training within the first week of work to understand the cleaning specification and your role as a cleaning supervisor.
  • Providing a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
  • Handling site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (you will receive full training).
  • Replenishing consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
  • Emptying all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
  • Ensuring cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintaining Health and Safety standards at all times.
  • Working within a team that goes the extra mile.

  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
  • Basic level of spoken English for safety and communication.

  • Two satisfactory references required.
