We are looking for a passionate Goalkeeping Coach to lead the development and performance of our first-team goalkeepers. The successful candidate will design and implement specialised training programs, provide matchday support, and collaborate closely with the managerial and coaching team to ensure our goalkeepers perform at their highest level.

We are looking for a passionate Goalkeeping Coach to lead the development and performance of our first-team goalkeepers. The successful candidate will design and implement specialised training programs, provide matchday support, and collaborate closely with the managerial and coaching team to ensure our goalkeepers perform at their highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality, position-specific training sessions aligned with the club’s tactical approach.
• Provide individualised coaching and feedback to first-team goalkeepers.
• Conduct pre-match warm-ups and offer in-game tactical insights.
• Analyse goalkeeper performances using video and data analysis tools.
• Collaborate with the first-team manager and coaching staff to integrate goalkeeping strategies into overall team tactics.
• Stay updated with the latest goalkeeping coaching methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of FA Level 2 in Coaching Goalkeepers.
• Proven experience coaching at semi-professional or professional levels.
• Strong understanding of technical, tactical, and psychological aspects of goalkeeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, including matchdays.

Desirable Attributes

• Experience in talent identification and development pathways.
• Familiarity with performance analysis software and tools.
• A proactive approach to continuous professional development.

Working Hours

• Training sessions are typically held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
• Availability required for all first-team matches, including weekends and occasional midweek fixtures.
