Route 29 is expanding and seeks an experienced Deputy Manager to join the leadership team in Salford. You will oversee accommodation services for children and young people aged 10–17, deputising for the Registered Manager and working closely with foster carers and providers to secure safe placements.
You will support a trauma-informed, child-centred approach, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high standards of safeguarding and care delivery in a busy edgy-of-care environment.
