Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We’re seeking dedicated professionals to work within a vibrant School Health District, serving an exciting cluster of schools.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a diverse caseload with a proactive, public health approach
  • Deliver high-quality services that enhance the physical and mental well-being of school-aged children and their families
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to create a healthier, happier school environment

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the delivery of health screenings, surveillance, and assessments
  • Monitor immunisation status to ensure children are protected
  • Support the health and wellbeing of vulnerable children and young people within your caseload
  • Collaborate with schools and community partners to promote healthy development
