Role Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a diverse caseload with a proactive, public health approach
- Deliver high-quality services that enhance the physical and mental well-being of school-aged children and their families
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to create a healthier, happier school environment
What You’ll Do
- Lead the delivery of health screenings, surveillance, and assessments
- Monitor immunisation status to ensure children are protected
- Support the health and wellbeing of vulnerable children and young people within your caseload
- Collaborate with schools and community partners to promote healthy development
