About the Role

We require 2 x TA3s to support reintegration support and guidance for children, young people, and those engaged with them. The role involves removing barriers to learning to promote participation, enhance individual learning, raise aspirations, and achieve full potential. One position will be based at KS3 and the other at KS4.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a passion for supporting teaching and learning

- Have effective interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire students

The candidate must demonstrate a commitment to supporting children in making rapid progress within a supportive and caring environment.
Shortlisting will take place during the week commencing 8th September 2025.
