Whether you have experience or are looking to start a rewarding career in children\’s residential care, we offer a supportive pathway to help you excel.
What You’ll Do:
As a Residential Childcare Worker, you\’ll play a crucial role in the daily lives of the children we care for, providing support, warmth, and structure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing Care and Support: Help create a safe and nurturing home for our children, supporting their daily needs and personal development.
- Using Therapeutic Approaches: Engage in training and utilise therapeutic methods to enhance the well-being of the children.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals aiming to make a substantial difference in young lives.
- Learning and Growing: Participate in comprehensive training programs and pursue qualifications in residential childcare.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking someone with a genuine desire to support and make a difference in the lives of young people. Previous experience in children\’s homes is desirable but not essential—we provide full training! A Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare is a plus but not mandatory. We will support the right candidate to achieve this qualification, including time off for study. We are looking for a long-term team member eager to grow their skills and impact their community.

Please note this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, with the cost of £49.50 deducted from your first four months’ salary (£12.38/month). If you do not start employment but the DBS has been processed, you will receive an invoice for this amount.
