We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in empowering students with a wide range of needs whether that’s supporting their literacy, numeracy, language development, or emotional wellbeing. You’ll work closely with classroom tutors to create an engaging and accessible learning environment, helping students overcome barriers and reach their full potential. Every day brings new opportunities to make a meaningful impact, whether you’re supporting learners across different subjects or working at one of our vibrant centres within the SCC group.
We’re looking for someone who understands the challenges young people face and is ready to offer both academic and emotional support. If you have some experience in a support role and a good standard of English, Maths, and IT, we’d love to hear from you.
