As a Recruitment & Talent Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless, values driven recruitment experience for candidates, managers, schools, and external partners. You will be the go‑to expert for all things recruitment — from advertising by attracting the best candidate to obtaining appropriate onboarding and safeguarding checks.

  • Delivering an end-to-end recruitment service that is fair, inclusive, and aligned to our values
  • Advising managers on recruitment, safeguarding, and pre-employment checks
  • Producing accurate employment contracts and ensuring compliance with legislation
  • Supporting managers to use our online recruitment system effectively
  • Responding to queries across phone, email, face‑to‑face and virtual channels
  • Managing your own caseload, keeping to strict deadlines

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working in a fast paced recruitment or HR environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and a methodical approach
  • Identify areas of improvements and embrace new ways of working
  • Knowledge of UK Right to Work and eligibility checks
  • Understanding of safeguarding practices and DBS processes
  • Experience using HR or recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
