We are looking for someone who:
- Has good communication skills.
- Is willing to be trained in Legend training / or currently trained
- Is experienced in a reception setting
- Is able to communicate - Telephone / Face to Face enquiries
- Can handle enquiries from customers effectively.
- Has good attention to detail
- Has good motivational skills.
- Has a commitment to a high standard of customer care.
- Is able to work on own initiative.
- Has the ability to work without supervision
- Is able to work as an efficient member of a team.
- Has knowledge of customer care techniques
- Has experience in cash till/ cash handling
- Consistently demonstrates SCL's behaviours.
