We have an exciting opportunity for an iTrent & People Systems Coordinator to join our People Systems team within HR & OD. This role comes at a pivotal time as we continue to embed and enhance our iTrent system, ensuring it delivers maximum value across the organisation.
About the role
You will play a key role in supporting and developing our iTrent HR and Payroll system, helping to ensure it is fully optimised, well‑governed, and supports efficient, user‑friendly processes. Working closely with HR, OD, Payroll and Digital colleagues, you will:
- Support the ongoing development and enhancement of iTrent, including configuration changes and system improvements
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes and upgrades
- Maintain high‑quality system data, supporting accurate reporting and GDPR compliance
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes across HR and Payroll
- Provide system guidance and support to managers and colleagues
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure systems effectively support the colleague experience
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with iTrent
- Is confident working with systems, data and process improvement
- Understands the importance of data accuracy, governance, and GDPR compliance
- Has strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem‑solving
- Builds effective relationships and communicates clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Is proactive, adaptable, and motivated to improve systems and user experience
