Salford-Council’s Adult Social Care Contact Team is seeking a Community Assessment Officer (Full-Time). You will conduct strengths-based conversations, complete early help assessments, and visit communities to understand needs and networks.

You will collaborate with health professionals, social workers, housing providers and VCSE partners to connect people to local support at the earliest opportunity. A DBS check is required and applicants should be prepared to meet the DBS cost.
