Due to the retirement of the current post holder, the governors are seeking to appoint a hardworking, honest and reliable site officer for this outstanding two form entry primary school. Are you proactive, hands on and a highly organised individual with a genuine passion for creating a welcoming, safe and well-maintained environment for our children, staff, parents and visitors?
We are looking for someone with general building and DIY skills. We can offer the right candidate a friendly, supportive and committed staff team with opportunities for professional development.
Key responsibilities within the role are as follows:
- Primary Key Holder
- Security
- Health and Safety of the building and grounds
- General Cleaning
- Building Maintenance, repairs and DIY Projects
- Managing heating, lighting and alarm systems
- Compliance with statutory checks
