You will lead a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment and ensure Ofsted compliance, safeguarding, and effective placement planning.
You will supervise staff, oversee admissions, care planning and reports, and manage budget and governance to deliver high-quality, child-centred care with positive outcomes.
