Provider Services support people with learning disabilities, autism, dementia, mental health needs, physical disabilities and complex care conditions, helping people to achieve their goals and to live their life, their way, by giving people greater choice and control and being part of person-centred planning.

- Registered Manager to lead our team at
Granville Respite/Short Breaks Service in Eccles.
Granville is a 14-bed service offering short-term respite care for individuals aged 14 and above, with learning or physical disabilities, Autism, complex behaviours, and/or complex health needs.
The service is currently rated
‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the team at Granville.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in accordance with all relevant legislation and CQC standards.
- Adapt effectively to changing care needs, ensuring continuous quality improvement and service development.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with families, carers, health professionals, commissioners, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain rigorous quality assurance systems to monitor outcomes and ensure services are responsive and fit for purpose.
About You
- You are a qualified Registered Manager with a minimum Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or Leadership and Management.
- You have successfully completed the CQC interview process and have demonstrable experience managing a similar care setting.
- You are an excellent communicator, experienced at team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex care requirements.
- You can plan manage and coordinate operational services budgets, including resource management, ensuring staffing levels meet the needs of the service within budget constraints.
- You have experience in the management of Complex Safeguarding cases, MCA and DOLs processes.
- You have excellent IT skills, report writing and presentation skills
- You are passionate, innovative, and committed to empowering people to achieve their goals.
