We have two exciting part‑time positions available for a Receptionist who will be an integral part of the leisure team working within leisure facilities in Salford. Both positions will be based at one of our busiest facilities: Eccles Leisure Centre, Barton Lane, Eccles M30 0DD. The facility attracts a large number of attendances and has a growing membership with a variety of fitness classes delivered each week.
Working Hours
- Vacancy No 1 – 17.5 Hours (£12,272 to £12,436 per annum)
- Vacancy No 2 – 14 Hours (£9,817 to £9,948 per annum)
Commencing Mid August / Early September 2026, dependent on clearances. If the successful candidate does not have experience with the Management Information Training system, there will be a requirement to attend in‑house shadowing and training prior to starting in post.

- Has experience in a reception setting.
- Can communicate effectively – Telephone / Face‑to‑face enquiries.
- Handles enquiries correctly.

- Has experience with cash till / cash handling.
- Consistently demonstrates SCL’s behaviours.
