Overview: You will be able to support the team with the maintenance of the management information system, ensuring quality is maintained and timescales are met, for example, maintaining user accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Updating information regarding childcare providers
- Maintaining and creating user accounts
- Data entry
You will be able to develop, implement, and maintain high quality information and self-help sections for parents, carers, and childcare providers on the appropriate digital platforms (webpages, directory & social media).
You will be able to work closely with corporate and other partners in sharing information to ensure that appropriate information on services is available on the corporate service directory, childcare search site, and intranet.
About you: We are looking to appoint a colleague who is an approachable, friendly, and supportive individual, who can build relationships with parents/carers and who has the ability to work on their own initiative. You will have the ability to provide information, advice, and guidance to parents, carers, and childcare providers with regards to the Family Information Service. You will be able to establish and maintain links with services (childcare & community) providers to ensure that data is updated in accordance with statutory duties.
