We do ask that you have a relevant Early Years Qualification at a minimum of Level 2, where you will be supported to gain your L3 qualification.

About your development:

At Salford we’re serious about helping people grow. From day one you’ll have access to professional development to help you to get on and succeed in your new role – this will include an immediate opportunity to gain a level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.

You will receive a full and comprehensive induction across all our sites along with access to the Starting Life Well training programme through which you will be supported to achieve a Paediatric First Aid Qualification within three months of starting with us.

If you have lived or worked abroad for 3 months or more in the last 5 years or 12 months or more (whether continuously or in total) in the last 10 years whilst aged 18 or over, please refer to the link below for details for how to obtain your Certificates of Good Character.
