Position: Fixed Term Maternity leave Cover until July 2027 – Early Help School Co‑ordinator
Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop and lead the Team Around the School initiative.
- Coordinate partnerships with Early Help, School Attendance Team, Educational Psychology, 0‑19 Health Services, and Police.
- Align and integrate services to provide children and young people with timely, appropriate support.
- Optimize resource allocation for all partners, ensuring efficient delivery of support.
- Develop and implement partnership responses to meet emerging local priorities and challenges.
- Support the continued implementation of the Team Around the School model and work toward improved outcomes for children and families in Salford.
- Maintain passion for working with children, young people and families, and demonstrate effective service coordination.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading projects and coordinating services within an early help or related context.
- Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of early help services across the early help system.
- Strong understanding of the needs of children, young people, and their families.
