Citywide Services, Salford City Council's catering service, is seeking an Apprentice Assistant Cook.
You will work under the Cook Supervisor to assist with preparation, simple cooking, serving meals, and general duties such as cleaning, washing up and storage during term-time.
Full training will be provided; you will complete a Level 2 Production Chef apprenticeship, hygiene certificate and Level 2 maths and English (unless exempt).
