We are looking to appoint a talented property administration officer within the Property and Estates services. You will be part of an amazing team providing a central point of contact for colleagues, customers and partners. You will be responsible for the delivery of organisational objectives and providing a high-quality service to customers, so exemplar organisation skills are essential.
You will provide top-level advice, services working closely with surveyors and support staff across the service and colleagues across the wider council, as well as external customers.
As part of this role, you will be making a positive contribution towards the City Council\’s Corporate Plan 2024-2028.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven technical admin skills and a record of accomplishment for delivering admin outcomes
- Excellent IT Skills, able to use all Microsoft Office software, and a willingness to be trained on internal systems.
- The ability to communicate effectively across a variety of different methods and with people at all levels.
- The ability to show resilience under challenging circumstances
- Good interpersonal skills dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
- The ability to prioritise and organise own workload and deal with conflicting deadlines
- The ability to work with minimum supervision, using your initiative
- To work flexibly as a member of the team and be willing to offer support to colleagues
- The ability to contribute to ongoing improvement by responding proactively to change
- Be able to record and process information accurately
- Commitment to providing a high-quality customer focused service both externally and internally.
