About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to step into a rewarding and varied role at the heart of school governance. As a Governance Professional, you will support governing boards to be effective, confident and compliant. You will organise and attend meetings, provide expert advice and produce high-quality minutes that capture key discussions and decisions. Working closely with Chairs and Headteachers, you will help shape strategic conversations and ensure boards focus on what matters most – improving outcomes for pupils.
About you
You are organised, proactive and thrive on managing a varied workload. You have excellent communication skills and can build strong, professional relationships with a wide range of people. Confident and impartial, you are comfortable in providing advice and supporting constructive challenge when needed.
