The Governors, staff and children at Lark Hill Primary school are looking to appoint an outstanding classroom practitioner to share in our vision within our multi-cultural school. The school has an Executive Head teacher and works in partnership with Christ Church CE Primary School and Lewis Street Primary School.
The successful candidate:
- Is an outstanding classroom practitioner and has experience of working in Key Stage 2
- Is able to demonstrate a knowledge of children’s development
- Is able to plan and adapt learning to meet the needs of all groups of pupils
- Values teamwork and has experience of deploying additional adults to ensure progress
- Is committed to and understands the importance of experiential learning
- Has high expectations of themselves and all pupils and places relationships at the core of their practice
- Models excellent teaching and professional standards for the whole school community
- Promotes and models the school values of NURTURE, ACHIEVE and RESPECT
- Promotes and models the school vision including infusing honesty and integrity into all of school life
- Creates a stimulating, supportive, organised, interactive and informative learning environment that encourages each child to achieve his/her full potential
